This review is LONG overdue. If you want to work with real mechanics who know what they are doing and are devoted to getting the job done. This is the place. Greg is a gruff guy with a heart of gold.
My wife and I are both teachers and we were traveling across the country from California to Florida on a month long family vacation with our kids. I had a blowout in Arkansas that tore off one of the storage bays on our Fleetwood Storm 32H. It just happened to be the bay that hell our auto leveling system. The vibrations of the flapping tread (think helicopter landing on the roof) were so bad it also knocked out our generator in the middle of a sweltering summer, on the way to Florida.
The shop was preparing for an RV Show and everyone was already coming in early and working late. Greg called a mobile mechanic to try and help us save some money. He let him use equipment from his own shop to try and fix the problem. When it proved to be beyond his ability, Greg took over himself. They spend two days coming in an hour earlier at 5am to work on my rig. He and his guys ended up staying late and rebuilding my generator and patching me up so that we could continue on. When he found out I was going to walk down to Walmart to pick some things up, Greg grabbed one of his guys and had him drive me to the store then wait for me to pick up my things.
Lebanon RV saved our entire trip and kept us cool through the July Florida and Georgia heat.
We are planning on relocating to Tennessee, and Lebanon RV will be my place. They have my loyalty forever. Thank you Greg.

We damaged our roof in September 2025 last year. I temporarily repaired the roof and waited until the end of the year to file a claim with our insurance co. Having dealt with Greg and his team at Lebanon RV we opted to have them replace our roof. Our insurance company dropped the ball on our claim and our 5th wheel sat on their lot for almost 2 months. When I got in touch with Devon McCracken, he advised us on the steps we needed to take and helped us get the repairs covered by our insurance company. The actual time for the roof replacement to be completed was about 1 1/2 weeks after we got the approval from our insurance company. Devon stayed in contact with us via telephone and email every step of the way. I highly recommend Lebanon RV for your service needs and Devon is a great contact. Unfortunately, I learned of the passing of Greg when I dropped off our camper in January. Our sympathy to the crew (family) at Lebanon RV. Now that the repairs have been made, I'm even more confident that they are they folks to deal with for service and parts.
